       AUTOMATICALLY BY FACEBOOK (Your Internet protocol (IP) address and other browser or device identifiers, browser type, operating system, crash data, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using Workplace@Danone, the date and time of your visit, information about your activities (such as the links you click and pages you view) within Workplace@Danone, and other standard server-log information. This information may be collected by cookies, pixel tags, local storage objects, and similar technologies).

Facebook will use information collected to provide, develop, and improve Workplace@Danone, for example, to:

       Communicate with you regarding your use of Workplace@Danone;

       Enhance the security and safety of Workplace@Danone;

       Associate activity on Workplace@Danone across different devices operated by you to improve Workplace@Danone;

       Provide, develop and improve the Facebook Services, including by providing consistent and customized experiences across the Facebook Services.

Your information may be disclosed:

       To your company and Danone S.A., your network administrators, and other users authorized by your company or Danone S.A. to access the requested information;

       To third-party service providers or service providers that are in the United States and in other countries where such service providers assist in providing Workplace@Danone;

       To the family of companies that are part of Facebook;

       To third-party apps, websites, or other services that you can connect to through Workplace@Danone;

       To protect the safety of any person, to address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect Workplace@Danone’s rights or property; and

       As otherwise directed or authorized by Danone S.A..

Facebook may also disclose information that has been aggregated or that otherwise does not personally identify you, to third parties and affiliates who may use it for analytics, trends and analysis to improve and provide its products and services.

Finally, your information may be disclosed if Facebook receives a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency, court, other governmental entity, or litigant that seeks data relating to Workplace@Danone.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete information you have uploaded to Workplace@Danone; do so by using the tools within Workplace@Danone itself (for example, editing your profile information). Changes you make to your information take immediate effect, but data will be retained by Facebook in backup copies for a reasonable amount of time.

You may stop using Workplace@Danone at any time; if you want your information to be deleted, you should contact your company. Similarly, if you stop working for the Danone Group, your company may suspend your Workplace@Danone account and/or delete any information associated with your account. When your account is closed, it is deleted, which means it is permanently deleted from Workplace@Danone. It typically takes about one month to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.

Content you create and share on Workplace@Danone is owned by your company and Danone SA and may remain on Workplace@Danone and be accessible even if your company suspends your Workplace@Danone account.

Your information may be stored or processed in different locations around the world. For example, information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes described in this policy. Facebook has certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework: this means they are deemed to provide adequate privacy protection, a requirement for the transfer of personal data from the EU to the US.
